Quite awhile back I downloaded a very nice skin of an F4U. It was called Marines Dream. I was wondering if anyone has this skin or knows where to download it. My computer went South without telling me and it seems I've lost it. I know I should have backed it up but you know how that go's.

Thanky you for your responce stansdds but I already looked. I got it from IL-2 skins.com but as we know its not there anymore (website).

It's for the Corsair I and it depicts the F4U-1, side number 576, of Edwin Olander, VMF-214, Munda, Autumn of 1943.
If the link doesn't work, it's on the IL2 skins page, F4U category, page 3, sixth skin down from the top of the page.

Thanks for your time stansdds, could you direct me to the IL-2 skins page. I can't seem to find it. The only one I know off is the IL-2 skins.com and thats gone.
Did somebody say Corsair? I did my version of Marine's Dream last year. Some of the others may have done a version too, but I wouldn't know where to find those offhand. You have to register to d/l at Flying-Legends. If you have any problems, post back here and I can mail you the file.

My thanks to stansdds,R_Target and vpmedia for taking the time in helping me with this on going search. @stansdds, I found the pic of Marines Dream, R_Target took me to the page in Flying Legends Skins. If that pic had teeth, it would have bit me in the butt,lol. But unfortunatly it wasn't the one I had in mine. But on the good side I did find other really nice skins from the links you folks gave me, thanks again and happy hunting.
