    What console are you playing on? Since this Topic has started there has been a patch released to solve this issue. Have you installed the Patches? They can be found here for PC. If you are still having issues please make sure you contact Ubisoft Support. The link is in my signature.

    The patch that you are talking about, is this for the PS3 as well? I had downloaded Da Vinci's Disappearance back in April and I never got any help with my problem from support and I have extremely frustrated because none of my trophies have unlocked that I have completed, including completing the Da Vinci's DLC. Please let me know because I would like to receive credit of the things that I have completed so I can get a 100% on my completion rate of the game.

    There was a Title Update #3 that should have fixed the Trophy problem. Check this Topic-

    I've been suggested to come here by Ubisoft Support based on the case I opened. I have little hope for a solution here, just based on the thread details, but here goes. Yesterday I opened a case with the below details:


    "I've had Brotherhood since Boxing Day from FutureShop, and am in the process of trying to finish all trophies. It came with exclusive content to install the Da Vinci DLC. It was only yesterday that I realized I can't get any of those DLC trophies, and none of the single player missions appeared. When I go to Multiplayer (also started yesterday first time), the option for the Animus Project 3.0 is greyed out. I tried uninstalling the game files, and reinstalling, then downloading the updates again, but no good. I can't see a way to uninstall the Da Vinci DLC, or reapply it, as the Exclusive Content box doesn't appear anymore.
    Please let me know what I can do to correct this."


    I got the autoresponse with basic suggestions from the online help, none of which were relevent to my problem (suggestions about Project Legacy, for example). So I clicked on the "Yes, please answer my question" link. Last evening I got the below response from a support contact:


    "Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Technical Support. Unfortunately, the issue you are having is related to general gameplay hints and tips that is either covered in the manual, or is available via another source such as the Ubisoft forums (http://forums.ubi.com/).
    You may be able to find hints, tips, and walkthroughs for this game for free by visiting fan led websites such as http://www.gamefaqs.com and http://www.ign.com."


    Can anyone tell me how this would be relevent to my problem? As queried in my reply I sent to that latest response, can anyone point specifically in the manual where it states what to do when the installation of the DLC doesn't work? As mentioned, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the DLC just isn't accessible. I'm certain it's installed as the trophies from the DLC show on the PS3 XMB, and the Exclusive Content option isn't showing on the Brotherhood main menu anymore.

    Bump. No response from my problem ticket either since I updated it. And to be clear, I realize I didn't specify at the start of my post I'm talking PS3 (my trouble ticket has that in it's Additional Details section).

    Realized today that the case was marked as Solved, sometime after I had added my latest notes. So again I've updated the case with details that it's not solved.

    So, the latest response from UbiSoft support person is that "this is not a bug, glitch, or any other sort of problem with the game", that I can't access the Da Vinci DLC. Also, that I should "Please refer to the websites [included ubisoft forumns] linked in the previous response for assistance with this gameplay issue." I'm happy for anyone else to speak up with this, is the fact I can't access the Da Vinci DLC, or Animus 3.0, after installing it considered to be normal gameplay? There's not even been any troubleshooting done with me...

    Hmm, I see views going up, but no comments. My trouble ticket was "Solved" again today with no response to my latest questions. Am I on an island with this problem? Anyone else with this issue able to speak up, or am I the only one?

    I did look through forums further, and I do see some people had issues with the DLC if purchasing it from one geography that differs from the origin of the disk. In my case, it was an extra with the game, so that shouldn't be the problem. I couldn't find any threads about people keying in Exclusive Content updates, as this one was; mostly seems everyone has bought it from PSN. Is that maybe the problem, that this was an install from Exclusive Content download code? Anyone?

    oh no, looks like i am screwed yet again. couldnt resist downloading the da vinci dlc but cant see how to access it. seems like a general problem and ubisoft doesnt care. gonna ask paypal for a refund then. really should give up on ac,....
