Hello - i am feeling very lucky but my girlfriend, cats and bankmanager are not. I have finaly recieved my MRVC hotas set up from RC simulations - it is a real metalwork job built around the Saitek Cyborg and before i try to build and install it i would really appreciate some advice.
Prior to this i have been using a microsoft force feedback (1) stick and idealy i would still like to use this for certain extra controls etc. Can this be done easily??
also is setting up the HOTAS system in il2fb fairly straightforeward or is there stuff i need to know???
i have also just got track IR - all this by the way is a big combination christmas birthday present to myself and has taken many months to get hold of but typically my learning curve is going to have to rise sharply and these forums and you chaps are so helpful that i thought i would try to shortcut some of the issues.

    any help will be appreciated

Initial setup will work fine with both controllers. Plug them in, then go into the control setup screen in the game and scroll to the HOTAS section right at the bottom to make sure all your axes are correctly assigned. Other controls you can assign in game or in the profiling software that comes with the joysticks.

The only hiccup you're likely to encounter is the in game joystick sensitivity adjustment. It only works for Windows controller ID#1. If your primary controller can't be convinced to occupy ID#1 while you have two controllers plugged in, you'll have to do sensitivity adjustments in conf.ini using notepad. The relevant section of conf.ini is labelled [rts_joystick]
