    I'm at the top of the waterfall with the building and the broken bridge. I do not know where to go to get the notebook. Please help if possible

    Face the building... now look left on the cliff. See the platforms you can jump on? Always look around.. There's always something you can jump on, or run across etc.. they don't hide much, other than the coins.
