I have just installed the uru game and i get to the make your charcter part cannot see the guy he is blacked out but then i just set it to default and then i hit the uru button and the game starts with little video but as soon as it end the game closes on me and nothing eles happens.

Sounds like a video driver issue... or possibly an incompatibilty issue with your video card.
Post a DxDiag report here in this thread and we'll be able to offer you some advice.
