you gotta spot the jets either in sitrep or from a unit's camera and then you gotta tag it with the EW.
If you tag it right, and it stays in sight while the emp goes off, you'll stop it.

So you just say "EW target" when you've got it targeted? or do you have to do it manually with no voice commands.
