    Just got this game, was enjoying it until now.
    I'm stuck trying to get to the roof of the hospital where the green smoke is coming from.

    Any help please

    Could it be you are playing FarCry Instincts? I am not aware of any hospital in FarCry, even less of one with green smoke coming from it. There are some "medical barracks" in some Merc camps, but you don't need to climb any of them.

    It's the abandoned hospital where you have rescue the doc from crowe?

    Look for Doyle inside the hospital. You don't need to go for the roof.
