Please note that due to bandwidth problems, most of the pictures have been reduced in size. Sorry for that. Because I do not have Uru CC installed on my PC anymore, I cannot replace them with screen size ones

P.S. I will be replacing them from my cd's saves. It might take a few weeks.

P.S. if ever you want to make a copy of a wallpaper, do follow the next procedure because Photobucket do lower the size of the image.(at times but not always)

1) you click on the link and you see an image.

2) slowly run the cursor over the image until you get an icon (if it was downsized by Photobucket), bottom right of that picture.
Click on it for full size image.

3) and make a copy/save in your files.

Thank you for putting me on the right track with this relto word.

I will also take the opportunity to to share an Eder Gira picture, in fly mode.

In the second picture, all the way aroud Eder Gira, we can see the small huts pictures repeated over and over in circle. My guess is that those small "villages" would have been accessable only at Uru on line.

Something strange is happening at Pictures of the Spheres. I am not getting any feedback. Am I on the wrong track over there too ?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, Nanouk. Sometimes these things sort of go in cycles; people will be interested for awhile, and then they'll move on to something else that catches their attention, and then maybe they'll wander back. The Art Age thread has gone through long periods of inactivity, as have the Post a Picture of Yourself thread and the Music thread. Then someone goes in and posts and the thread is revived. If it's been a week or two and no one has posted to your thread, and you have a new picture to put up, I don't think anyone will complain if you do. Technically it's double posting, but on the other hand, it's a thread for displaying art, and if you have some to display, you should be able to even if the thread isn't very active.

And if you don't want to wait a week, but have last post, let me know and I'll be glad to post a "buffer" post so you can put something up there. We often do that for each other so a thread can keep moving.

The pictures of Eder Gira are stunning. I think the Teledahn pic is still my favorite, though. It has absolutely beautiful composition.

HI Marae again,

I feel a lot better now. As you know very well since you are the one who did the coaching, it has been quite a journey in this new world.

In the fly mode, we can only travel in a horizontal plane and are always looking for higher grounds to go exploring. Contrary to Myst V fly mode, in Uru you cannot adjust the looking up and down so it is more difficult to get a good angle. It is only a matter of luck.

When you have finished Myst V, you can visit us at spoilers for more wallpapers.

nanouk, it's not uncommon for a topic to lie posting dormant. It may not be commented on, but don't forget that there is a view count to the right of the post count. People may well still be looking even if they aren't saying anything.

Yes I did see that but since I was inviting people to give some feedback and was getting none, I could not go on with new pictures. It is ok.

Hi LoLo Marae,

Like you would say, nanouk is having fun. Thanks for the detour.I will use the occasion to show a picture taken in Kadish above the tiles floor where it shows how the shadows are created on the floor. I was not expecting anything like that.

That's a nice picture, Nanouk. I was replaying Kadish Tolesa recently and took a few of that sculpture myself. I forget what startled him, but Tully ended up hanging off the end of that sculpture as he and Marae made the journey... Let me find that link... dum de dum...
