How would i go about doing such a thing...as my knowledge of programming and stuff is limited. I dont want to risk messing something up. And do you have a site or something where i can obtain these various sound files???

I'd personally like to be able to surface the boat, then pull out a megaphone and say "You are all extremely foolish!" (If any of you have seen Von Ryan's Express i think you will know what i'm talking about)
, I want to surface and deploy a really huge megaphone and say "I have come for your souls" in a really deep voice, lol that would really freak them out back in WWII.

As long as you can make a .wav file you can replace it. You could even put a long song there if you wish and the sound wont end till the wav is finished. Instead of screams you can have a death sound like the music- Da da doo dah da du dah du duh da da dah
