Dear Ubisoft,
I have recently purchased the Lost Archives DLC. When I went to reload my saved game, a white screen comes up and does not go away. I am very upset as this was my favorite game. I would like a refund or a logical solution to this problem.

Same problem here, except I've completed the game - only 1 memory left to get 100% sync on - arrrgggh, just made ticket to UBI Support, hope they can solve. A similar problem said to delete DLC, title update and clear hdd cache, then d/l again from history before loading game. Let game update when it starts. Will try this in a few days, can't play right now...

UPDATE:

Tried above fix, didn't work. Also tried deleting save 1a so it would load the backup file, 1b. Apparently both are corrupted. Still waiting for support response...

UPDATE 2:

I sent them my 2 corrupted saves and got this response:
"Thank you for reporting this issue. I have sent this along through the appropriate channels for processing."

They then marked it as solved, but I responded saying it wasn't solved until the 'appropriate channels' respond...

Fix background music and crossbow bug, c'mon! I payed a lot of money for this game, and I demand it to work perfectly! If you are not going to fix it, I won't buy AC3... I'll just watch it on YouTube.
Also, I'd like to know, when is the new title update coming out?

1st, there will be no more updates for AC Revelations
2nd, There is no "Perfect" game or the Myth "Bug-less" game. ALL games have bugs here and there.

I know, that there is no perfect game, but this bug is serious. Audio is really important for me, and it's the main reason, why I love AC. Without background music, it is just not the same. And also, how do you know, that there will be no new patches?

Well, That bug can be dodged by replaying any memory and then quitting the replay, and about the Patches, once Ubi announces a new game in the AC series they completely leave behind the previous one. meaning that ALL of their workforce is working on the new game rather than fix the previous game..

I have a problem when i go and try to access some things and then the disk stops working it started to happen when i downloaded the update.
Can i delete the update and then update it again?

Could anyone help me fix the frame rate for Revelations on the PS3 ? It's so choppy that playing it simply isn't fun...

I know about that, but when I do it, the same track is playing over and over. Eh, I'm definitely not going to buy AC3 :/.
