been awhile since i actually did SP... but if i remember right you clean the place, then go in, and then there'll be someone who talks to you (let them finish, if you just burn off towards the people who are sitting you can't advance) and tell you there's a family waiting in the back for the papers/passports, when you then talk to those people sitting down in the back room you'll then be handed pills in exchange for the papers.

once you get it worked out, it's not a bad idea to do a few runs before doing anymore missions... nothing wrong with stocking up on the pills... in my experiences in the game, the worse symptoms always seem to hit you at the worse times... like in the middle of a fire fight when you got 5-6 people coming after you with everything from sniper rifles to the big *** MG's.
