I'm sure this may have been posted before but for anyone who missed it, it is worth a look. This is one of the best Il2 films I've ever seen. It does the Battle of Britain movie justice and I can only imagine what that film could look like if remade with today's technology.

Thanks for posting Rjel, It was certainly worth watching again.
I’d love to see an actual full length movie based on a historically accurate story line using IL-2.
Of course, it would be kind of a “cult” film, in that it would appeal mostly to our community and the like, due to the fact that it wouldn’t be your average commercial chick flick.
The skins, aircraft, ground objects could be sooo authentic!
With what we’ve seen so far from IL-2 film makers, this could someday happen!

That was very well done indeed and actually more accurate in many ways! You guys have come a long way since the early IL2 film making days. I was sorry when it finished.

That was great.Very well done. Hasn't the game come a long way through the modders efforts. Those ground textures, soldiers, to say nothing of the map and the Spit MkI. It wouldn't be the same in the original game.
