At the end of "The Da Vinci Disappearance" these coordinates come up. I watched the walkthrough on YouTube (didn't want to buy the DLC for I do not own Brotherhood) and someone's comment said "if i follow the coordinates in Google Earth it sends me to some farm in the New York state. that makes no sense at all..." Now I haven't done this myself but...
My point is: We know Desmond was born and raised on a farm and we (being the AC forums community) have hypothesized that one of Desmond's memories in Revelations will be in New York. (thanks to a previous thread I read on here) So...could these coordinates be the farm? Or maybe another hideout?
