CRC Error when reinstalling (after uninstall from the error of 1.07 update) | Forums

After I had (re)installed "The Settlers 7", there was an alert window saying "CRC Error", and it cannot be installed any further.

I uninstalled this time because it had an error after updated to 1.07 version that made the game being opened anymore.

But, when (re)installing, this CRC error occurred, and the install was impossible.
So,now, I cannot play "The Settlers 7" anymore because it cannot be installed again.

Please solve these problems for us.
1. Version 1.07 update problem
2. Reinstalling problem after uninstalling from "Version 1.07 update problem"

are you installing from DVD?
patch 1.07 works fine now

ummm Patch 1.07 doesnt work at all... i was playing fine did first mission area and left game came back DL'ed the patch 1.07 and now i cant even get game to get pass the launcher once i hit Play it stays off like i hit the exit button!! this aint cool. i got the DVD too!

Try re-installing the game launcher from DVD.
Also, please don't hijack threads - this makes it really hard for me to follow any issues.
