I have been playing CSI a relatively short time and until 2 days ago, everything worked well. For the last 2 days, I have lost all collected coffees and even the free donuts. Like many here, this is a great game - but I'll not further myself with it if what I collect disappears. How about a complimentary packet of energy for those of us affected by this "bug"? At least return what we've lost here.

for the last 4-5 days maybe even 6 days i have NOT RECIEVED MY COFFEE FROM COFFEE CARD EITHER!!! IM AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AS I RELIE ON THEM WHEN I HAVE RUN OUT OF ENERGY. PLS REPLACE THEM ASAP. THANK YOU

i have noticed the same thing over that last few days...it says we get a free coffee when we sign on and it's never there unless it's the medium or the expresso and so far they have been there. and what's this with using the 4 coffees we get from our friends right away...then when we get promoted or are off for a while when they are working on the evidence (which gets more time all the time lately) we lose those as well
they sure don't like giving energy, but stealing it back is totally wrong

On 27th June, the incident was reported to Ubisoft solution center, http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/, as reference #110627-000339.
They claim only able to refund credit, NOT energy items, tools, or lab.
On 1st July, they were given my payment transaction information.
Twice been promised restore items, "by Friday", and "soon".
Now, still neither credits or items been restored.

for the past 7-10 days i have not got my daily log in bonus coffee, i have asked about this before but not got an answer. could someone please tell me whats going on and when i am going to be credited the energy i have lost as its needed to complete cases.
i like playing csi but whats the point if we are not getting the bonuses??

Oh and can you give us a coffee per friend per day instead of a 4 coffe limit. Why do i need more friends if i cannot visit and see them? lolol Like to share some joe with ALL my friends.

I'm not getting my daily bonus. Why isn't it showing up in my items....I do not have anything in my items at all, so I don't see this as a memory issue.

ok now on week 3 and still not getting my daily bonus...............this is getting beyond a joke and way overdue being sorted.
