Could you give us a hint about what you're going to show? Gameplay mechanics, tech demo of the engine, story elements? Just a bit to wet our appetite would be wonderful.

I don't know I'm not a moderator. I'm just giving everyone a heads up. Also there was rumours about more big Far Cry news at Gamescom.


I have suspicions about a confirmation of release date or even A map editor

oo, Nice find Fallen. Still a month away though. There is going to be some sort of announcement at gamescom for FC3 Though, i presume nothing big, maybe a narrowed down release date and another vid.

They have said they want to keep alot of the game inclosed untill closer to the release date! So I don't think multiplayer or the map editor will be shown. I'll be surprised if they even show any new footage. But this is a good change for the media to jump in and ask questions.

I know a lot of gaming sites (IGN, GameInformer, etc.) are already posting news from Gamescom. I hope everyone on this forum starts sleuthing around to find up-to-date info on FC3. I'm itching for more news.
