Hi, I have the game, but i reset my pc, then i install the game again, but now, when i start the game, the login window not appears, the game start, then appear a window saying "Game.LostConecction.Resume"...

that is all, please help me, bye.

This problem could be related to the UBI GameLauncher file, imo. Try re-installing this file. First delete the entire 'Ubisoft Game Launcher' folder from this path i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher.

Also un-install it from the 'Add/Remove Programs' (Windows XP) / 'Programs& Features' (Windows Vista and 7) icon in your computer's control panel.

Now re-install the GameLauncher file from here, and then try to Log-in to your Account and start the game:

Do you have a Retail or STEAM copy of this Game ? Restart the Steam Client after making the above changes.
