I am looking for the minimum required amount of friends (5) for the Uplay credits and if possible I'd like to achieve a maximum of 30 friends for the achievements in Project Legacy.

If anyone's having trouble with unlocking the "Evangelist" action, just send in a support ticket to Ubi Support and tell them it won't unlock no matter how many friends you recruit and that you're upset that there is no support left for the game. I got my credits manually added to my account just a few days ago and completed Project Legacy for good.
