Contains 3 skins for use with the Spit Mk VIII. Depicts 3 aircraft from 441 RCAF as they appeared in the fall of 1944 during Operation 'Market-Garden', as featured in paintings by Ron Lowry from the book 'Spitfire - The Canadians'.
Included are:
NH209, coded 9G-K ... a recent letter assignment as noted by the dark green patch underneath the 'K'. Flown by F\L Guy Mott from Sarnia, Ontario.
MK941, coded 9G-H, flown by F\L Hugh Ritchie from Toronto, Ontario. Ritchie designed the Silver Fox insignia for the 441 Squadron crest.
ML345, coded 9G-W, flown by S/L Roy 'Kelly' Walker from Niagara Falls.
Each aircraft is painted with a unique invasion stripe style (different variations were evident in 2TAF) although they are all of the 'half' style, appearing on lower surfaces only.
