When I was viewing the trailer for this game, it got me thinking on how indepth are they going to get into it. Would they incorporate other factors into the game, for example civilians or maybe even militia units? Because it would be interesting to see you are able to control a bunch of civilians who have taken up arms to protect their country or maybe you have to tell a unit to escort civilians (from your nation) out of the battlezone to saftey. What do the rest of you think?

That had two posts (two real indepth posts) on how civilians would be seen in the game. I'm talking about militias, people who would stand up and organize to fight for their nation without having to join them military. (Think about it like the game: "Freedom Fighters")

I know what a militia is. Because they aren't under the command of the military (they can just run around and do whatever they want), you wouldn't have control of them, anyway, why would you want to? They aren't as good as a regular trooper,
That thread was about what troop forces you would want to see in the game, you wanting militias would fall under that category, post it there.

The reason for wanting them, the same reason for playing the game. You can direct militia units, they may not be as organized as the regs but they sometimes are better and get the job done. I just thought it would be interesting.
