Thread: Error msg when joining multi-player | Forums

    My friend receives error msg when she tries to join my created multi-player game but I am able to join hers. I've tried both default maps as well as template maps. I've changed settings for private session and allow all. Other players have been able to join my created session but not my friend. Any ides? TIA for your help.

    I would probably try reinstalling from scratch.

    What error message does your friend get?

    Can they join other players games?

    Do they have all the necessary ports opened?

    Msg "Unable to Join selected session". Yes they can join others just not mine. I can even join hers. I am unsure of how to check open ports.
