How can I make a complaint to Ubisoft?
I sent a support request. I received no support. The answer to my support request contained nothing but thanks about contacting support. The answer itself was missing. I updated the question a couple of times, got no answers and then someone marked it as solved when it wasn't.
So I sent a new support request regarding that first one.... and the guy asks for more details when I CLEARLY stated them ALL.
I would like to make a complaint about this to Ubisoft. I'm not sure how. I really don't want this to go to court if possible.
