Check it out. The boxes on top of the wing looks like CFT's.

Hm, I wonder how this conform tanks relate to fighter`s maneuverability and aerodynamics (also on its radar signature)

Those are an option that can be added to any F16, and they are not standard on all Block 52 F16's.
UAE has some new block 60 F16's with CFT's, but those are the only ones I know of that were delivered with CFT's, (Israel not included.)

These are called Conformal Fuel Tanks (C.F.T.). LocheedMartin provides them as an option for the newer versions of the F-16 (block 50+/52+, block 60). They are not permanent but add-ons that (with a personnel of 3 mechanics) can be put on the aircraft in about an hour and off it in 90 minutes.
With them the fuel capacity of the F-16 increases by about 50%. Several tests have been made for a few years and it is proven that they have minimum drag and that the flight behaviour and the manoevreability of the plane remains exactly the same except for a slight decrease of 5% in maximum speed.
This feature of the newer versions gives greater range and versatility to the F-16's mission options.
For example,
In an Air-to-Ground mission the plane can carry a combination of:
1 central 300 gal tank,
2 external 600 gal tanks,
2 GBU-10 (2000p) bombs and
2 AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles in a range of about 900 miles.
or,
In an Air-to-Air mission (CAP) the plane can carry:
1 central 300 gal tank,
2 external 600 gal tanks,
2 AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles,
4 AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles and has the ability to depart from the airfield, travel a distance of 150 miles to the patrol area and stay there for about 3 hours until it returns.
Greece was one of the first countries to order 60 new F-16 block 52+. It is also the first country to receive them in the beginning of April when the first 6 of the order were delivered to the Hellenic Air Force. 40 of the planes will be the (one seater) C version and the remaining 20 a missionized (two seater) D version where the second pilot will act mostly as a Weapons System Officer (WSO). Other features include:
-reinforced structure with a limit of 8,000 flight hours
-On Board Oxygen Generating System (0BOGS)
-IDM data link
-upgraded HUD with broadened view and new colored screen dispays in the cockpit
-the new APG-68(V)9 radar with SAR function and DTS function.
-the JHMCS helmet mounted targeting system for off-boresight lock ons
-the new IRIS-T Air-to-Air missiles
All of the 60 aircraft will be delivered until the summer of 2004. Currently this is the most sophisticated and techonologically advanced version of the F-16 in the world until the block 60 version is delivered to the UAE in about a year.
