Depends, you can get the 512mb ver for around 95 dollars, granted it uses GDDR2 instead of 3, the one your looking at uses GDDR3 im sure,but if you want to hit superclocked speeds with the card I mentioned just use riva tuner and you should be able to match the superclock speeds. Anyways, what you have there is not a bad deal, but I wouldnt say amazing. I wouldnt be stressin though, heres a similar card your looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130085 10 bucks diff.
