Welcome the world of the Chargers' fan.

Wait 'til the Pats 'don't show up' for six out of seven losses (well, seven out of seven if you count the special teams' ineptitude in the home loss to your Patriots...).

All I got to root for this postseason is that Cromarty will eventually get hurt if he keeps trying to actually tackle somebody.

    cheers

Thanks a lot buddy. You just made me feel a whole lot better.

Can you get a tee shirt for that like..

I showed up for a charger's game and all I got was this lousy Tee shirt.

    Substitute Pat's in it's place.

I hear you. It's tough when the home team doesn't start out of the gate strong like S.D. has done the last few years. It's a shame to waste a talent like Rivers.

I honestly don't mind losing if the team I root for plays hard and to their potential. The Jets gave their all and only won by 7 points. Part of that was their effort. The rest was poor coaching and execution.

And yes Worf. I agree - good shot by Guns. Now, after a few days I can laugh at it. LOL.

I used to visit relatives in the Pittsburg area. I was born in McKeesport, so I have an affection for the Pirates and the Steelers. When I visited on summer vacation I religiously listened to the Pirates. My aunt and I would sit on the porch playing Yahtzee and listen to Willie Stargel, and the gang play the Reds.

I was upset for quite a while after learning of Roberto Clemente passing away in a plane crash. One of the best players in baseball died, and I was lucky enough to see him play.

Even assuming that the guacomole drips & stains your current garb, it's less embarassing than wearing an 'AFC West Division Champs 2004, 2006-2009 (but not much farther)' T-shirt in public.

Meanwhile, I'm reverting back to a Green Bay fan and hoping that Aaron Rogers & co will keep that slug Jay Cutler out of the Super Bowl.

It would be absolutely immoral for him (or any past or present Denver Bronco) to reach the big enchilada before Philip Rivers.

    cheers

Yeah. After having real pierogies it's tough to have those craptastic supermarket kind. There's not enough butter and onions to cover the bad taste from those.

Just had home made pierogies last weekend. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I look at You Tube clips of McKeesport. Dang. It's a shame how that place has fallen on hard times. My father went for his last hurrah to see the remaining relatives a few years back. McKeesport is desolate.

During WW2 at night that whole valley glowed orange from the steel mills. Now? It's all empty. No industry of any sort. Sad really.

    Now THAT'S a jaded fan.

That's all right. There's not going to be any Pro Football next year anyway.
