    please help on the water tower i have opened the door after the four switches and traveled to the present, what do i do now?

    That is one of the Ubisoft developers' well designed visual puzzles to solve.

    You enter the large garden by means of a hallway.
    In that hallway as you walk to the garden, there is a square block onto which you can ascend.
