My first time behind the trigger in over 15 years and her second time ever. Also my first time on a commercial indoor range. (I tried out for rifle team in college-FAIL)
We had the range to ourselves, which was very nice.
Started her out with basic safety, the how to operate safety, check chamber & load.
Used a Browning BAR-22. The same gun my dad used to teach me to shoot.
She is a natural. 2 of the head shots are mine along with the shoulder grouping. The rest are hers, including the neck shot which was aimed & not a straggler.

Tried to move her on the High Standard, but was having trigger problems, so she went back to the rifle. After about 50 rounds she was done for the day & our time was running out, so I broke out the .44 Magnum. At 25ft, I needed a barn door to hit anything, almost. (1 in the 10 & 3 in the 9 ring) Had forgotten how hot my Old Man's home loads are.
But the Missus "had a blast. No pun intended." and wants to make it a weekly thing.
Now if i can talk her into a Barrett...
