I can't figure out how to arm with mark 23 torp's after I end a mission and anchor at my home port. when I click on them they move to the in base spot, but not to the on boat spot. Any help from you senior Capt's would sure be welcomed.

pull torpedoes off your ship and back to the column on the left. then select the torpedo you want and drag it to the empty slot.

Yes, it's all Drag 'N' Drop.

Thanx to both of you kind sir's!! Unfortunatly, my game did not include any of the manuals or other documents. I have had to rely heavily on the first rate info & advice from this forum. ...
