Game Glitches to desktop/closes during first cut scene | Forums

My game works perfectly on the menu then when i play singleplayer the game loads to the first cut scene, freezes then exits. I end up at my desktop. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!1

chunk, What type of video card are you using? I would start by making sure you meet the minimum requirements listed on the back of the game box, and also be sure to install the latest display and sound drivers on your system. Also here are a few steps that may resolve your issue.

First try running the game while in a selective startup.

1. Open the windows Start Menu
2. find the "Start Search" text area at the bottom
3. Type MSCONFIG
4. Press "Enter" on the keyboard
5. Choose "Selective Startup"
6. Disable "Load Startup Item"
7. Click "Apply"
8. Click "Close/OK"
9. Restart the system


Next try adjusting your audio quality on the system with the steps listed here.

1. Open the Control panel
2. Choose Sound
3. Select your audio device
4. Choose properties
5. Switch to the advanced tab
6. Change the default format to DVD quality
