I can't get my controllers to work properly! I have a Cougar setup and CH Pro USB pedals. The game sees my joystick but not my throttle or pedals. However, it sees my Antenna button on my throttle as rudder pedals and the Range as my throttle. Please help.

Don't know what to say since I don't have a "mixed combo".
Maybe LOMAC has some issues trying to view both of
them at the same time?

You must manually configure rudders and throttle with hotas setup. Be sure to set for Hotas then "change" throttle axis and the rundder axis by manually programming them in for that axis. YOu will know they work it will display to you as you cycle those axis.
If you have more problems let me know.

I got them fixed. Very complicated setups. Thanks for the help.

Update to last post this is all done in the built in input menu from within Lock-on. The small book which comes with game covers it also.

Hi,
I have the old Thrustmaster FLCS and TQS (F16) setup. I also have CH pro rudder pedals (usb) and CH pro yoke (usb).
I can't get the FLSC (HOTAS) to work probperly in LOMAC. I can get the CHpro yoke HOTAS to work. The FLCs has a line linking the keyboard (obsolete large keyboard plugs) thus I can't program the buttons or download b50 files in to the TQC or FLS. The HOTAS should work though yet, I can't get XP to game controller menu or LOMAC menue to recognize and calibrate the HOTAS on the FLCS. I wouldn't mind updating to the HOTAS Cougar. But I already spent $300 (which would be about $500 in todays money) on this Thrustmaster setup and and can't even get the HOTAS to work. Besides that There is something wrong with the chip in the FLCS and never was able to download b50 files in into the TQS or FLCS thus never got the buttons and anttenna knobs to work.
HELP please it SUCKS big time not to have HOTAS working.
Please please help?

Unfortuantly if you have an older gameport HOTAS that has a keyboard passthrough and run it on XP there is no way to program the stick. The NT kernal which is the base of XP blocks programming through the keyboard port as a security feature (hackers can do a lot through the keyboard port, that's how the Valve attack that got the HL2 source code happenned).
Only thing you can do is have a floppy boot to dos and program using the old dos software, then load it up before going to windows.

Yes, this is confusing, and even after reading the thread I was confused. To make things crystal clear, from within the Input page under Options, change your device to HOTAS Cougar Joystick. Select the appropriate vector "Thrust" and click the change button from above. For me, its Axis2.
Specifically:
Pitch=Axis1
Roll=Axis0
Rudder=Rotator2
Thrust=Axis2
Once selected, everything worked!
