Thread: I came to an end (spoiler) | Forums

I just finished the game, and I think the 3rd part not just ended in great style the marvelous Trilogy, but it also made me realize that the Prince actually had a soul...The Dream at the end was a brilliant idea, it could have some greater importance though. I liked the speed-kill technique and I liked the labyrints a lot. The movies are absolutely brilliant - almost like a real movie (congrats Ubi!). Maybe I'd like to see a bit more of a story - everything happens so fast and with almost no reflection within the characters. The moment when the Prince sees his father dead is too quick...it should've been filled with more desperation, pain and anger.
Farah is too cold, she should've been given more emotions and feelings towards what she's doing and of course towards the Prince.
I liked the bosses, maybe too easy though. I was a lil bit dissapointed by the simplicity of the Visir - he got killed too easy...
In some words: It is a brilliant game, with lots of nice traps and lots of nice moves.
    Congratulations, Ubisoft....waiting for more ;-)

I don't think this game had so much depth as WW. Even SOT which was shorter had more story to it than T2T, but T2T didn't have too much new to it actually. You go after the same villain who finally got what he desired, but this time he is not an old man with a walking stick but a semi god, so you kill him, save your kingdom and that's it. The only major difference between SOT and T2T is that you win the day and Farah.

As for her character, she is mature, stronger, wilfull, more rational (even at some points more than Prince is, like in the scene where they see the Vizier enter the temple) so I'd say she has changed, and for the better.

Q: What's the difference between a lead guitarist and a terrorist?
A: You can negotiate with a terrorist.

I think what made T2T look weird after SOT is that they made the Prince a typical fairy-tale Hero again, while he was a more grumpy and darker one in WW.
Nothing wrong with both, but you can't just change between two games like this.

    They should:
OR continue with the darker hero of WW

OR should have decided to go on with the typical hero of SOT and getting rid of the darker hero of WW

    But well, past things..

The Two Thrones was a good game, but Warrior Within was the best game of the trilogy.
Maybe you should read this: Warrior Within Petition * Spoilers *

There is one universal truth, that every story is as good as it's main villain. This is, what The Two Thrones lacked. And there were almost no surprising plot twists (like the excellent ending of SOT or the first confrontation with the Empress in WW).

It is still a very good game and an acceptable ending of the trilogy.

    The original PoP: T2T was much darker and scarier. the Prince wasn't shirtless, he wore this brown cloak and he still had the amulet, but his armour is less revealing. Instead of being infected by the Sands, he made a deal with his bad half. That aspect didn't pleasde me too much. The speedkills were more actiony. Instead of jumping onto one guy, jumping to the other, flipping to the first one, jumping back... The double speedkills were just;
The Prince stabs his dagger into the first one and swings so he kicks down the other one, flips and stabbs him while on the ground. I feel the triggers sometimes looked cool, like on my first playthrough. Seriously, Ubisoft should've spent about three years on T2T. It had a lot of potential, escpecialy with Farah, but they spoiled it to some degree.

I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favourite thing evar on the Citadel.

Yer, they had some great speed kills but they got rid of them i saw a good lookin double speed kill for the prince they got rid of and i think they even made one for the dark prince. Infact what happened to the dark princes speed kills?? theres only about 4...

I loved the ending video and the one where the people and sand creatures have the huge fight. Yes they needed more twists to the story and less daggerplants

DP had 4 SKs? Really? Apart from strangling everyone, what else was there?

I agree with Zerban. The game was rushed, and a lot omitted.

You should've played the game on hard from in the beggining in the first place...atleast I didnt feel the game to be short(however finished it soon enough) and then, the twins bosses were not that easy I could say...

You really think so? ...I dont know, I mean after all this journies, dont you think that it was time for the prince to give it a break and die as a hero at the end? Afterall his journey shouldnt've ended well...
