Why is it that in Nuclear War Mode players get x2 resources per truck, and depots have something like x3 as much money in them?

Yet, in Total War Mode, you have 15 minutes between 1939/1942/1945 and the income and depot amounts are the same. Meaning, on some maps, you can deplete all the depots in 1939, and have no option for admins for 30 some minutes.

Does that make sense to anyone?

Shouldn't Nuclear Mode have normal incomes from the fact that it's so much easier to access prototype units and the atomic center? And on the other hand, Total War mode depots should have more money in them for the long haul.

If I didn't know better, I'd say they accidentally flipped it. Doesn't make good sense the way it is now.

I think that Nuclear War is meant to be a high-damage, quick kind of game mode. Like Quake in RTS form... haha. It's not my kind of thing, but some people might like it.

I like how you have to really manage your money in Total War. Adds a lot to the game.

yah it's helped by the fact that you don't do any researches that aren't in 1939 and even then the ones that are are done automaticlly when you get to 1942, so America and Germany have a huge advantage not to mention every unit in the proto base.

I like the money managing in total war, though if the game does get off to a hot start it can leave everyone rather poor from then on :/.

nuclear war mode is kind of "meh" but the high resources there makes sence since depos can be one shooted from long distances with your nukes so having your "core" depots that are close to your base almost never run out is essential or the guy who first gets nukes will kind of easily kill the whole enemy economy.

however in total war mode the game is kind of screwed up, imo. the depos there should last a little longer. and what i ve played so far the in larger 3v3 or 4v4 battle they often end up in huge air battles. maybe thats because of the high player count but in those 3vs or 4vs4 i ve always seen like 40+ planes at the same time in the air after you hit '42.

maybe having the depos replenish at each time step could make the mode last a little longer, so far i ve never reached '45.

maybe i should try it in 1on1 or 2on2.

Is that true? I never thought that limiting the time will speed up transitions.
