Last night I had gone and bought this game from target I don't open it's wrapping till this morning and I had no exclusive code can I get a code from ubisoft because there wasn't one in the box.

No. It's the responsibility of the retailer to provide the codes, so you'll have to take the matter up with them.

Any promotional offers, such as extra content, is down to the store to supply.

They normally come on a separate card, which is handed to you or printed on the receipt - however if it's a time limited offer, or a pre-order offer, they may have run out of codes.

You should contact the store that sold it, to check first though.
