    @PixeIGL: There was an outage on Saturday, but otherwise services are up and running and you should be able to log in. If the issue persists, it's worth sending a ticket to http://support.ubi.com so that they can go through this with you.

    Still getting this problem. Just bought the game on Steam and am unable to play. Called in to support and they told me what ports to forward on my router, but that didn't fix the issue. I even put my computer in the router's DMZ to verify it wasn't a routing issue on my end.

    Server down at the moment??? "The connection to the server has been lost"

    I am able to login to uplay launcher, but can't login in the game.

    Offline patch to 1.04 installed, virus scanner off, but no use.

    Any help???

    Just bought the game on Steam, getting these errors -- offline mode won't even work. Firewall's down, anti-virus is off, still get this error whenever I launch the game

    i'm beginning to sympathise and understand why people don't buy games becouse if paying custemer got problemes becouse of
    youre DRM protection , is the question why bother to buy it, better to copy

    and by the way make the game work in lan mod offline for at least 6-8 players
    we can enjoy this otherwise great game even when your service is down

    to day where where a couple of guys that got together and had planned to play anno 2070
    but supris suprie youre servers wass down, it ruined the day...

    i can connect to uplay too but anno still says unable to connect to server.......... super well spendt money.......

    i just read some complaines on setam too they have the same problem with this ****!!! DRM sorry but i need to do that... fix the f problem !!!!

    I got my game to day and i can still not play and not to say all the data wasted on downloads upon downloads that failed
