Ok, I upgraded my RAM last weekend from 512 to 1 gig. But uummm...now I have two sticks of 256 ram that are still good, but I have no idea what to do with them.
Anyone have any suggestions?

How many memory slots do you have left? Put them in the other empty slots if you can.

I have two slots and they each have a 512 stick in them. And my laptop is maxed at 1 gig newayz.

Sell it, keep it as spare parts or give it to someone.
Sounds about right, you wont be able to get a whole lot out of 2 256mb sticks, I mean you can buy 2gb for 40 bucks just about.give it to someone.
