That lockonsubmissions@ubisoft.co.uk . is actually the address for the people that manage the list of all the different squadrons and other bits (missions, campaigns, screenshots) that people want posted on the Lock On site.

It's run by volunteers and they only do updates every so often. Chances are you'll see your squadron listed in the next update posted.
