The "Information on patch 1.2" thread was being deviated by a valid technical discussion, which should be continued in this new topic.

Tried experimenting with vertical sync? You could also check to see if there are updated USB drivers for your motherboard/chipset.

    I have the same problem.

The mouse lags at certain cases: (1) When dragging units around during tactics phase in combat. (2) When dragging units between heroes or from castle to hero etc.

Does anyone else have the same problem, or found a solution for it?

I tried experimenting , i set everything to low ,stopping vsync still it will drop fps , the game runs smooth when the mouse is not moving on every setting

But do you have the exact problems I described?

The game indeed has this problem.

I have noticed this in some cases where old generic USB mice plugged into newer USB2.0/3.0 ports. It could just as well be driver, BIOS or even hardware related.

Have you tried with another mouse?

I hope they do. On my new pc I run games that have 10x better graphics than H6 and they don't lag or go low on fps, but H6 does, incredibly bad coding.

I also believe that this game has inefficient coding regarding performance.
