Anyone got any info if you HAVE to have Windows 7 to use multi-touch screens in R.U.S.E?

I understand you need it to use multi-touch outside the game AkA desktop etc, but inside the game itself? Is it the same deal?

Tried to find a topic about it, but didn't find any. Sorry if there is one already.
