MCG_Rattlesnake, I have had this same thing happen a number of times. I get the feeling this is not all that hard to reproduce. I am about to post a screenshot of it.

try changing color-res to 32 bits in the graphicoptions, and on your desktop as well

Im having same problem

having the same prob seems to me it is indeed linked with radar. Had much the issue today and tried gun only dogfights with labels (much fun!) and NEVER had the green screen. as soon as I tried another mission with radar on--got blue screen too often.
