Keycode log-in problems | Forums

Hello,

A week ago I bought this game of someone else (so this is a second hand game) and now I have problems with it...
I can registrate at first and get the game registrated to my ubisoft.com account. After that I log-in with the game launcher.. but than a window pops up and I need to enter the key code.. okay.. and then it says the keycode is already used... :s
Is this a new protection system or something?
Is there a way to make this work or would I need the account of the person who played it first?

you need to purchase a second hand key, which will cost $15. Contact Ubisoft Support to purchase a new key.

Contact Ubisoft support they might sell you another keycode?.

As Limerick_ said. Only one key code to one account, obviously the key code was used by the person whom you bought the second hand game from.
