I'm looking for a command that after conquering a city the hero don't pass in and will show the stage..

Could you please clarify? I don't entirely understand your question. Do you mean that, after winning the battle for the city your hero does not enter the city and the town screen does not show itself?

So, I may be slow on the draw here, but I just figured out how to add boss creatures to maps. This should make the next map I come up with quite a bit more interesting. I'm curious though, was this feature intentionally left out of the editor?

Thanks for the encouragement, it hasn't come from many other places as most people don't seem to want to give feedback about maps. It makes map creation much more difficult when you can't pinpoint what "works" for some people and what others don't like.
That being said, the main motivation for map design for me is story. Campaign editor is a large part of this for me, and I only plan on going full-out with the editor when I can link scenarios together.
