Indeed I do post a lot.
Here actually, I typically post playable heroes , but what the heck.

    The Boss
from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is a simply incredible character. I can't say much without spoiling the games story, so I won't, but she is an amazing piece of writing (even if she was later stretched unnecessarily over another game... looking at you Peace Walker) and the look they captured with her is really believable and for me adds a lot to her appeal as a strong and powerful woman.
She was also known as The Joy when she lead the Cobra unit in WWII and the Russian's call her Voyevoda.

"Less feminine." Less feminine then who?
And that does indeed depend on how you define feminine. The Boss is a forty something year old soldier from the 1960s...
Regardless though, I really liked her womanly mannerisms. The cut-scene/animation department on the game did a great job.

There's one moment in the game when you get to see a little progression of what she looked like as she grew up. As we see her in (the game's) present, she is very hard. Look here at 2:57 for the progression. YouTube isn't letting me copy timecode... wtf to that.

than any other woman I saw in any game, by that I mean her face structure (not her body), she got a serious solid face that can very well work for a man (kinda)

You've lost me... are you saying that because her face is serious/solid she doesn't look like a woman?

nope she is a women, but she lack the feminine touch, just like some guys, they are male, but if you cross dress him he will look more like a female, if you know what I mean, okay hold on, this is getting weird haha

Ah, I see where you're coming from. And yes I agree, she lacks that "girly" look someone like Jill Valentine has a great deal of. (I think feminine is kinda that wrong word)
Also, [her age] she doesn't have a scrap of make-up and she's more of a maternal figure then anything else, so 'the-girl-next-door' look wouldn't have gone very far.
