I ask Ubisoft Technical Support if i can change my username account and they said that they can do it . So they did but now after this i cant use the multiplayer or log in to Conflux.in might and magic 6 ! So i ask them to help me and they said: THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO! so thats it.. i paid for the game and i cant use the multiplayer no more? Does anyone knows to whom i should speak? this is totally unacceptable.
Sadly, the number of players with this problem rises. I just don't understand, why they keep on changing nicknames, when they must know by now that it does not help and it cannot be fixed.
I just hope more and more players who got screwed this way won't remain silent and try to do something about it as soon as possible !

First I'm sorry you seem to be having so many problems, after changing your name.
Have you asked if they can return your name to the one it was when you were able to play?
If not, I suggest you ask, since that can solve the issue.
If you have, but are still not able to play, please contact me in private with your support ticket numbers, you old user names and the one you currently have.
