I am stuck at the Jerusalem level,when I should follow the women(Dahlia).
I dont know what to do after I eliminate all the policemens,as there is nowhere to go.

Hi. Can you describe your whereabouts? You've just got to follow Dahlia until she reaches the warehouse and eliminate the policemen or sneak around until you get to that courtyard where the warehouse is located.
I can help you but it'd be helpful to know where you are in the level.

eventually she ends up in front of an elevator.

If you are too agressive she might get stuck. The idea is to follow her and not take out the police. If you want to make things easier then shoot out a light or two.

at really say I eliminated every possible human being at that level.I am at the place building where I have to collect the ammos,the shocker etc....
It seems like it is a building under construction but I cant climb the roofs also.too hard.

After you pick up your supplies go into the next building. Dhalia should be there near the elevator. Talk to her. When she repeats, then go into the elevator and talk to her again. She will not join you in the elevator. Take the elevator down. If she is not there, go back to a previous save and try again.
