    I just want if i can play RUSE under windows 7 (64 bits) and directx 11.

    considering that Ruse Utilizes W7 touch features, im going to say Yes it does work with it

    of cause it works with it
    I'm not sure that it is in directx 11, I think dx ten maybe dont count on it

    im on win 7 (64).. i think it will work great.. dont think thay would limit a game like this..
