I've used the Rakashas (sp?) in combat a few times and hit the dash button. Nothing seems to happen, there's a blurred graphic to symbolize that he moved really fast but that's it.
Has anyone gotten this to work or know what this is supposed to do?

IIRC it increases the initiative of the units. Basically they get more turns more often.
