I experienced the same problem. It's poor coding, here the fix. You cannot use your mouse to go to the next box. You must hit enter after entering your userid and password. Good luck.

Users have been reporting problems with the in-game login for the game Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.
This game is not supported by GameSpy Arcade, and unfortunately there are no plans to add support. This is primarily due to decisions made by Ubisoft.

Please note that the in-game login is supported by Ubisoft as part of the game, and GameSpy support can not provide direct assistance with any problems related to the in-game login. We can however provide the following information about the most common problem that has been reported with the login.

After entering your username and password on the in-game login screen, you have to press the Enter key on your keyboard before you click the Login button. If you don't, you will get the error stating your password is invalid and cannot be larger than 30 characters.
This is a bug on the in-game login screen which needs to be fixed by the game developers, and not a GameSpy issue.

Also note that after you are logged into the game, you need to create a new profile from within the game to play with. Existing GameSpyID profiles will not work, but you can create as many profiles as you like on the same account.

Hopefully this information will assist you in playing the game, however as this is not a GameSpy problem we cannot provide further assistance. For the game's official support, visit Ubisoft Support.
