Does anyone know for sure if my RW drive will work and yes its a dvd. I just got a liteon 16x DVD+R/+DVDRW for a hundred bucks and didnt know about that it might not work with it. And if it doesnt i just threw 100 bucks away for nothing b/c BIA is what i bought it for! It can burn cds,dvd,play dvds,cds and also burn cdrws. If anyone else has this drive could they tell me please.
It should work. You may need a firmware update depends on when the drive was made. Don't load any burning sofware that came with it though. Just install the drive and make sure windows sees it. Then install the game with no anti-virus running.

my 16X dual layer nec DVD Burner plays it with no problems..and I have 2 burning software installed ( Sonics Record Now Delux and Sonics My DVD) DONT KNOW IF DUAL LAYER HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT OR NOT....i AM GOING TO SEE IF MY SOFTWARE WILL DO A MAKE AN EXACT COPY OF IT....I always make a copy of all my software and put the originals up and use the burned copy, that way if it does become scratched or unplayable I just get out the original and burn another......I got tired of disks getting ruined and not working anymore
