A place to start troubleshooting is the Event Viewer found in your Administrative Tools section on your start menu. Hit the applications section and then look at the red stop sign ones that have to do with Far Cry. On the right hand side of the error, it may give you some kind of indication of what's really going on. Plz post your findings, ty.

I went to Event Viewer and found just a few errors, but none were from FarCry. Here is one of them, its from when Mozilla Firefox crashed.

I'm starting to think that its a ram issue, but what would make ram all the sudden go bad?

Hard to see from the screenie you provided. You see the part where it says Application Failure fir(efox.exe)? If you scroll down you'll see more information.
FYI- That memory access violation has been going on for quite some time in the game. Check my post here. It's the nearly the same memory address. Although that screenie happened on my server, it happened on my PC as well. To this day, it happens once in a blue moon on my system. It's an engine or scripting error, but I can't put my finger on it. So, no, it's not your memory going bad.

well, I really do think my memory has decided to go bad, I recently shut down my computer, and a few hours later It wouldnt start up, it kept getting hung on the mem check of the POST. Finaly I got it into windows, but many apps have crashed, as well as I have recieved 2 blue screens of death. On restart, here is the info it gives me.
Thanks,
