Graphically yes. But as far as gameplay goes i would have to guess no its probably going to be the same game. But i dont think that anyone will know until they are both released.
The 360 verison will obviously have the better graphics like Pennywisdom1188 said but it could also have a few more SP levels because of the extra space and a few more MP levels for on-line. Overall the story and locations will probably be exactly the same. just the visuals that will be different.
